ClubPulse ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered chat assistant that golf clubs embed on their websites. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
ClubPulse is the data controller for information collected through our website and the data processor for information collected through chat widgets installed on our customers' (golf clubs') websites. You can contact us at hello@clubpulse.golf.
When a visitor interacts with a ClubPulse chat widget, we may collect:
We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we ask visitors not to share sensitive personal information through the chat.
We process chat data on the basis of legitimate interests (operating and improving the service) and, where you provide contact details for a callback, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a transaction with the golf club.

Conversation logs are retained for up to 24 months to improve the service. Lead contact details are retained by the relevant golf club according to their own retention policy. You may request deletion at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
The ClubPulse widget uses a session identifier to maintain conversation context. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
